Itinerary of Kathmandu - Lhasa - EBC Tour
Day 01: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU AND TRANSFER TO HOTEL.

Day 02: Fly Kathmandu - Lhasa [3660m] and transfer to Hotel.

Day 03-04: Sightseeing in Lhasa.

Day 05: Drive Lhasa -Gyantse [3950m] 261 km,

Day 06: Sightseeing & drive Gyantse -Shigatse[3900m] 90km

Day 07: Drive Shigatse to Shegar (New Tingri) (4,050m.) - 244 km

Day 08: Drive Shegar to- Rongbuk (5,000m)- 68 km

Day 09: Walk to Everest Base Camp (5,400m) and then drive to Tingri (4,390m) - 65km

Day 10: Tingri to Nyalam or Zhangmu

Day 11: Drive Nyalam - Kathmandu [1400m] 153km.

Day 12: Rest day with kathmandu city sightseeing tour.

DAY 13: DEPARTURE FROM KATHMANDU.

It is possible to combine with some other activities such as white water rafting and wildlife safari. The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday.

  • Ground transfers in Tibet using Toyota Land Cruisers or bus as applicable.
  • Services of English speaking guide in Tibet.
  • Services of our trekking equipment and Sherpa staff.
  • All Trekking & camping equipment including Gyamo Bags, Sleeping bags and oxygen cylinders.
Service Excludes
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Evacuation cost.
  • Use of satellite phone for personal use.
  • Extra nights in hotel/lodge (due to any reason).
  • Using nights not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Yak/porter for personal use while crossing Nepal Tibet border.
  • Pony & pony man for person use. Our tibet guide will assist and arrange pony but you will be paying directly to pony man)
  • Extra cost incurred in the event of any delays such a s flight cancellation / postponement due to bad weather etc.
  • Hot spring bath is possible (only in Nyalam, and Chu Gomba on direct payment basis)
  • Rescue/evacuation or all the extra cost because of partition from the main group or serious health condition.
  • No cost is including for those who separate from the main group
  • Tipping and any other expenses of personal nature and which is not mentioned above.
